Job summary

Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Parts Sales Representative (PSR) to join our team. The PSR will call on existing customers and develop new ones across a defined territory by selling Raymond Parts, DuraSource and RBI products, OTR and services in accordance with established prices and policies.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to travel 50–60% within the territory, with duties including lead generation, product demonstrations, quoting terms, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for leads from various sources.
• Travel within territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products using samples, catalogs, and literature to emphasize features.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts; distribute credit applications as needed.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules and production.
• Sell and manage consignments and inventory as directed.
• Perform 10+ new customer calls per month and follow up promptly.
