Charlie Health, Inc. is rapidly expanding its team to connect employees and their families to life-saving behavioral health treatment through personalized, virtual care.

The role focuses on building relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and corporate partners to drive referrals and access to Intensive Outpatient Programming. You will educate stakeholders about Charlie Health’s offerings, identify barriers to care, and design programs tailored to corporate populations,

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years proven sales experience with KPI ownership
• Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
• Fast-paced startup environment - self-initiated and competitive
• Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partners
• Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers
• Conduct outreach, educational meetings, and presentations to raise awareness of Charlie Health resources
• Lead field outreach 3-4 days per week with employer stakeholders
• Collaborate with EAP providers to overcome access barriers and improve care access
