Job summary

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Store Sales representative to grow sales across Lowe's stores in assigned territory in Oklahoma. You will build strong relationships with store staff, promote paints and related products, and manage CRM-documented visits and events.

Travel up to 50% of the time, including evenings and weekends as needed, to support contractor events and drive growth in residential repaint channels. A High School diploma is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Promotes Sherwin Williams brands to Lowe's customers and contractors.
• Uses CRM to document calls, visits, and competitor intel.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and other district managers.
• Promote and represent Sherwin Williams products to Lowe's associates and customers.
• Document sales calls and store visits in the CRM.
• Gather competitor intelligence in the CRM.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and increase sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing & signage are set correctly in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plan for assigned stores to meet sales and profit goals.
• Conduct training on product knowledge, sales, promotions, display, and equipment for Lowe's staff.
• Assist store associates with tinting/mixing paint.
• Review product stock and display for all Sherwin Williams products.
• Make sales calls to painters, remodelers, managers & builders (~10% time).
• Conduct P&L review including expenses and travel.
