Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Sales Representative to grow sales at Lowe's stores in Oklahoma through sales programs, training activities, service and merchandising duties. The role covers 3-5 stores based on geography and store volume.

The Store Sales Representative will develop customer relationships, manage store appearance, and respond to business needs in a timely manner, while using CRM to track visits and promotions.

Qualifications

• Establish strong selling relationships with store staff and management.
• Utilize CRM to document sales calls and store visits.
• Gather competitor intelligence and adapt strategies.
• Conduct contractor events to promote products and drive sales.
• Ensure promotions, pricing and signage are accurate in each store.
• Prepare Annual Growth Plans for assigned stores to meet goals.
• Provide product and sales training to store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and other district managers
• Continually promote and represent the brand and product strengths to Lowe's associates, customers/contractors discerning competitive advantage and competitor’s weaknesses
• Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits
• Gathering and documenting competitor intelligence information in the CRM
• Conducting contractor events to promote products and to increase sales
• Ensuring promotions, pricing & signage is set appropriately in each store
• Preparing Annual Growth Plan (AGP) for assigned stores in territory that meet or exceed sales & profit goals
• Conducting various trainings including product knowledge, sales training, promotional display training and equipment training for
