Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Trench Safety in Ohio. The role focuses on growing the assigned territory, developing sales plans, and expanding the customer base while coordinating with engineers to deliver trench safety solutions.

Responsibilities include customer visits and bids, promoting safety training, maintaining CRM records, and meeting annual targets. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in equipment rental or shoring sales are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or shoring industry
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
• Proven sales track record in solution-selling approach

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand customer base and grow the business
• Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or in person
• Prepare proposals or bid packages with engineering resources and ensure quality standards
• Provide application solutions and promote safety training capabilities
• Coordinate project specs with internal teams to meet customer timelines and requirements
• Maintain CRM database daily with sales calls and site details
• Achieve annual territory sales plan KPIs, revenue and growth targets
