Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow profitable business in Trench Safety.

You will develop your territory, implement sales plans, and build the Sunbelt brand by delivering engineered solutions and strong client relationships. Responsibilities include promoting safety culture, preparing proposals, coordinating with engineers, expanding customer base, and meeting annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental
• Proven sales track record in solutions selling
• Strong project management and customer retention skills
• Ability to present technical information to engineers and executives
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple opportunities

Responsibilities

• Promote Sunbelt’s safety culture and grow the business in the assigned territory
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand customer base
• Solicit business via calls and field visits
• Prepare proposals and bid packages meeting engineering and safety standards
• Provide application solutions for customers and promote safety training
• Coordinate project specs with internal teams to meet timelines
• Maintain CRM with daily sales activity and leads
• Achieve annual territory sales targets and growth metrics
• Collaborate with other OSRs to expand Sunbelt relationships
