You will develop your assigned territory, implement sales plans to grow business, maintain current customer base, and help to build the national Sunbelt branding identity. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 2+ years of direct sales experience in equipment rental or shoring, with strong project-management and solution-selling skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with 2+ years of sales experience in equipment rental or shoring.
• Strong project-management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Proven sales track record in a solution-selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Sunbelt’s safety culture and promote its values.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow the customer base.
• Solicit business via phone calls and field visits across the territory.
• Prepare proposals by reviewing blueprints and customer docs with engineers.
• Provide application solutions and promote safety training capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitors and maintain CRM with daily activity.
• Achieve annual territory sales KPI and revenue targets.
