Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable business for Trench Safety. You will grow your assigned territory by executing sales plans, developing new customers, and maintaining the current customer base while promoting Sunbelt's safety training capabilities.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining CRM records. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of direct sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field or industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in equipment rental or shoring preferred.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Ability to present technical information to engineers and managers.

Responsabilités

• Generate profitable business for Trench Safety within assigned territory.
• Develop territory sales plans to grow revenue and customer base.
• Solicit new customers via calls and planned visits or cold calls.
• Prepare proposals and bids with engineers and safety personnel.
• Provide application solutions and promote safety training capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines and customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM with daily sales activity and site details.
• Meet annual territory revenue and growth targets.
