You will develop plans to expand the customer base and coordinate with Sunbelt engineers and teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will build relationships, promote safety training capabilities, and manage proposals while meeting KPI targets and maintaining robust CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in equipment rental or shoring preferred.
• Proven sales track record in solution-selling approach.
• Ability to present technical information to engineers and executives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture.
• Develop territory sales plans to grow business and expand customer base.
• Solicit business by calling on customers via phone or in person.
• Prepare proposals or bid packages with engineers and design teams.
• Provide application solutions for customers and promote training offerings.
• Maintain CRM daily with sales calls and site details.
• Achieve annual territory revenue and market growth targets.
