Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable business for Trench Safety by developing your assigned territory, executing sales plans, and expanding the customer base while promoting Sunbelt branding.

You will prepare proposals, coordinate with engineers, train customers on Sunbelt safety capabilities, and maintain CRM records. A strong sales track record and technical aptitude are required; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in equipment

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience plus 2+ years in equipment rental or shoring sales.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills are required.
• Proven sales track record in solution-selling approach.

Responsabilidades

• Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
• Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or visiting territory.
• Prepare proposals or bid packages with engineering and safety input and ensure quality.
• Provide application solutions for customers and promote safety training capabilities.
• Coordinate project specs with internal teams to meet timelines and customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM database daily with sales calls and site details.
• Achieve annual territory sales plan KPI’s, revenue and growth targets.
• Educate local Sunbelt reps on Trench Safety products and share leads.
