Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Sales experience in construction with exposure to project management and estimating.
• Technical knowledge and proficiency with MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Health and safety: follow safety policies on construction sites.
• Sales area focus: identify targets, follow up leads, build client relationships, and prepare proposals.
• Sales & marketing cycle: price projects, track market share, and report on opportunities.
• Strategy: develop clear business plans for key accounts and communicate opportunities.
• Value added products: promote VASPs and strengthen customer relations through events.
• Customer orientation: resolve issues, ensure proper pricing, and coordinate with teams.
• Communication: liaise with credit and scheduling deliveries.
• Reporting & forecasting: provide status reports and track budget/targets.
• Systems & processes: use computer-based tools for emails, quotes, and contracts.
