Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group in the United States seeks an Outside Sales Representative for construction services. This hybrid role is based in Cumming, GA and you will own a territory of residential garage/entry door accounts, following up on inbound leads and building lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders.

You’ll work autonomously with minimal micromanagement, maintain notes and orders in ERP/CRM-lite tools, and represent the company professionally in the field.

Qualifications

• Accountability and strong work ethic required.
• Experience in residential construction or selling to contractors/homeowners preferred.
• Outside sales or account management experience is a plus.
• Maturity and reliability can substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts
• Follow up on inbound leads and generate new opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners
• Maintain accurate notes, orders, and updates using ERP and CRM-lite tools
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Operate independently while meeting performance expectations
