Nova Talent Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Atlanta area, combining new-business development with growth of an established account base across commercial and residential markets.

This field-based role requires traveling four to five days per week, building long‑term relationships, preparing quotes from drawings, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams. Remote-based position for a candidate located in or near Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience with architectural glass, metal products, construction products, or related market.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of owning territory growth.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business throughout the assigned territory in a hunter-focused sales role.
• Maintain, strengthen, and grow an existing account base.
• Prepare quotes based on architectural drawings and customer requirements.
• Review orders and project details with internal departments and contractors.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial and residential customers.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory using a personal vehicle.
