Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work with business owners and employees in a local territory. You will engage in consultative selling, build relationships, and provide ongoing client support as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory.
• Health & Life insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options.
• Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems.
• Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals.
• Track and report daily and weekly activity.
