Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional to grow within our team in your assigned territory. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products, with comprehensive training in place.

The role emphasizes handling objections, working independently, and developing relationships in a dynamic environment. Full-time with travel not required, and a strong focus on targets, ownership, and service.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell to small and medium businesses in your assigned territory.
• Meet with owners/decision-makers face-to-face to present insurance products.
• Set appointments, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and hit monthly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
