Altitude Development Group in Brandon, MS is seeking a sharp, energetic outside sales professional to grow with us. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer top supplemental insurance products, building relationships in your assigned territory.

We provide extensive training, a structured path to advancement, weekly pay with commission, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Tough-minded, confident, and self-starting.
• Disciplined and purposeful; with a desire to work independently.
• Skilled at overcoming objections and not afraid of rejection.
• Willing to work a full-time work week (40 hours).
• Possessing a track record of high performance or excellence.

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in your assigned territory to offer supplemental insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs with managers.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
