Altitude Group is seeking an energetic, self-starting sales professional to grow with the team in a territory-based outside sales role. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products, supported by extensive training in a collaborative environment.

Travel is occasional, with a strong emphasis on building your own book of business and meeting targets. Ideal candidates have resilience, prefer working independently, and are driven by performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance to small and medium businesses.
• Meet with owners and decision makers, present products.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Submit sales metrics daily and manage own book of business.
