Job summary

Altitude Group seeks an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive selling activity in your own territory with a focus on outside business development. You will hit the pavement, make cold calls to local businesses, and engage decision-makers to discuss supplemental insurance options.

You will build relationships, schedule follow-ups, and develop a personal book of business while benefiting from strong training, advancement, and performance-based incentives within a team that values athletic

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced.
• Schedule and participate in product demonstrations or employee presentations.
• Submit sales metrics and activity to management.
