Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth in a defined local territory. You will prospect, meet with business owners and benefit managers, present insurance solutions, and manage your own book of business with training and support.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, setting your own schedule and pursuing monthly and quarterly targets while earning draw pay, bonuses, and potential stock-based incentives as you advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Health & Life producer license or willingness to obtain; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospects and current clients.
• Meet with owners/decision-makers for needs assessment and product presentations.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
