Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to engage small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers within a defined territory. You will cold call, set appointments, and present tailored insurance solutions.

You will develop relationships, build trust, and drive results in a supportive team environment. This role emphasizes meeting targets through effective outreach and customer-focused interaction across industries.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with or willingness to obtain Health & Life insurance licensing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and set up face-to-face meetings with SMB owners and decision-makers.
• Present Altitude's Insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business within your territory.
• Work with benefits managers and employees during presentations with groups of 50–100+.
