Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC in the School Cheer market is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to own and grow a defined territory. You’ll meet customers in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and collaborate with design, production, and customer experience teams to deliver customized uniforms and performance wear.

This remote, territory-based role requires strong prospecting, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within your territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership and Growth: own defined geographic territory and drive results.
• New Business Development and Hunting: prospect within territory and build pipeline.
• Sales Execution and Closing: manage full cycle from first contact to close.
• Customer Management: maintain relationships and ensure responsive service.
• Cross-Functional Execution: align with internal teams for order execution.
• Events and Market Presence: represent Rebel at events and grow presence.
• Performance and Accountability: meet targets with disciplined activity.
