Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to enhance presence in the School Cheer market. The successful candidate will be the primary contact with programs, building strong customer relationships while managing sales performance.

This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule and requires candidates to actively engage with customers both in-person and remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in sales and a proven track record of success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined geographic territory with full accountability for results.
• Spend a minimum of 50% of time in the field prospecting within your territory.
