Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the School Cheer market. You will be the primary link between Rebel and programs in your territory, meeting customers in person, learning needs, guiding them through the process, and delivering fully customized uniforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined geographic territory with full accountability for results.
• Identify gaps, target high‑value opportunities, and build a strategic territory plan.
• Maintain a strong pipeline that supports consistent revenue growth.
• Take full ownership of performance, activity, and outcomes.
• Conduct in‑person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
