Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking driven Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the School Cheer market. You are the primary connection between Rebel and programs in your territory, meeting in person, learning needs, guiding through process, and building lasting partnerships.

This full-time, remote, territory-based role requires travel within the Charlotte/Raleigh area, with 50% field time, evenings and weekends as needed, and a compensation plan featuring a draw against commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Set clear expectations and ensure follow-through on all commitments.
