Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our School Cheer market. This remote, territory‑based role requires traveling locally and meeting customers in person to understand needs and guide them through the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined geographic territory with measurable results.
• Prospect schools, gyms, and programs; build a strong pipeline.
• Lead full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Present products in person; conduct fittings and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and respond promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Represent Rebel at competitions and industry events.
