Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an outside sales professional to grow assigned accounts and expand our regional footprint in material handling solutions.

You will qualify prospects, make calls, participate in campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate lift trucks for demos.

Responsibilities

• Sell select products in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts.
• May work in a team approach and assist other sales positions with territory management and communication.
• Participate in corporate and local campaigns.
• Make sales calls to qualify prospects in person and over the telephone. Generate leads.
• Involvement in information gathering efforts and/or tracking and follow-up of leads and inquiries.
• Collaborate with various departments within the branch.
