Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our Sparks/Reno area territory. You will build relationships with manufacturers, contractors and other industrial customers, driving new business while maintaining an established account base.

You will not be stuck behind a desk—this role emphasizes field visits, in-person selling and strong customer service. Expect a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses and solid company support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Sales or related sales experience preferred.
• Industrial, manufacturing, construction, MRO, or related product experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory.
• Make regular customer visits, jobsite visits, and prospecting calls.
• Grow sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, bids and proposals and follow opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Promote Copper State's product offerings and value-added solutions.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Branch Leadership.
