Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Sparks, NV. This field-based Outside Sales role involves managing an existing customer base, developing new accounts, and closing rental opportunities with industrial equipment solutions.

You will split time between the field and occasional branch presence, engaging with commercial, municipal and construction clients while leveraging engineering and operations support for technical applications. Strong communication and CRM use are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside, field or territory-based sales experience.
• Proven experience developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Experience selling into equipment rental, construction, industrial, infrastructure or similar B2B markets.
• Comfortable building relationships through face-to-face meetings and jobsite visits.
• Self-directed and able to manage day-to-day without constant supervision.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM experience.
• Equipment rental or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business.
• Build relationships with industrial, construction, commercial and municipal customers.
• Spend the majority of time in the field meeting customers, visiting jobsites and identifying opportunities.
• Develop new accounts while expanding relationships and revenue within existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend equipment and service solutions.
• Partner with internal engineering and operations teams on technical applications.
• Prepare pricing, quotes and rental proposals and close new and repeat business.
• Coordinate with branch operations on equipment availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain CRM activity, opportunities and pipeline information.
• Participate in industry events and local business-development activities.
