Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Marana and surrounding areas.

You will develop and grow business by building relationships with manufacturers, contractors, fabricators, and other industrial customers within your territory. You will spend time face-to-face with customers, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to meet their needs, while working with Inside Sales and Branch Leadership to support customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Account Management or related sales experience preferred.
• Industrial, manufacturing, construction, MRO, fastener or related product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Make regular customer visits, jobsite visits and prospecting calls.
• Grow sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
• Promote Copper State's product offerings and value-added solutions.
