Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson to support both outside and inside sales teams.

The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them to the right fasteners, industrial supplies, and related products. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate orders, timely quotations, and efficient follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Sales Assistant, Account Manager, Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
• Experience with ERP systems and data management.
• Expertise in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email, or in person to identify the right products for their needs.
• Assist outside and inside sales teams to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Process quotations and orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate data in ERP.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery and smooth order flow.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular updates to customers on order status.
