Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit local businesses in Gary, IN, and promote our supplemental insurance products. You’ll build relationships, manage your own schedule, and drive client solutions with integrity.

You’ll work independently within a supportive team, earning competitive pay with commissions, and will have access to training and advancement opportunities as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• Drive to connect with people and help clients choose best solutions.
• Ability to manage time and work independently in a field role.
• Comfort with meeting owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license if needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses within your territory to introduce and explain our supplemental insurance products.
• Develop meaningful connections and trust with clients as you support their needs.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week.
• Meet with owners and decision-makers to present products to groups of employees.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced.
