Altitude Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit local businesses within your territory to introduce and explain supplemental insurance products. You will build lasting relationships, work with a supportive team, and enjoy flexible scheduling while aiming to create financial security for clients.

You will train in a virtual classroom and on-the-ground in your territory, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience required.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Ability to manage own time and work independently; strong interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Visit businesses in the territory to introduce supplemental insurance products.
• Develop relationships with clients and prospective customers; present solutions.
• Set own schedule, balance cold leads with warm appointments, and hit targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity to manager; build a personal book of business.
• Collaborate with team; participate in training and development programs.
