Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through outside direct sales in your territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present products.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on referrals to build client relationships.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses and re-service existing clients to expand portfolios.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
