Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to develop new business.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
• Record daily sales activity and work with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.

Education

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
