Job summary

Critter Control Operations, a Rollins brand, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and present humane solutions from initial contact to service completion.

Ideal candidates have a hunter mindset, outside sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 10% and to Atlanta within 30 days. A strong work ethic and ability to work in the field are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in related field (pest control, roofing, construction).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage your schedule.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
