Job summary

Critter Control Operations, a Rollins brand, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You’ll consult with customers, present tailored proposals, and close deals while expanding your territory.

This role offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plans, and tuition assistance through Purdue Global. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Outside sales experience preferred in pest control or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field and manage own schedule employing multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop relationships, and deliver solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Assess needs, propose humane wildlife services, and close deals.
• Build a strong pipeline and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations for a smooth customer experience.
