Job summary

Ernest is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (Outside B2B Sales) to cover a local radius to Orange County. This hybrid role blends field, remote, and office work, with base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, benefits, and a car allowance.

You will build a robust book of business, prospect new accounts, nurture relationships, and drive revenue while delivering Ernest’s trusted packaging and related solutions. The role offers significant upside with residuals from ongoing accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality.
• Able to work across field, remote, and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients through proactive, in-person outreach and meaningful relationship-building within your territory.
• Develop a book of business through new client acquisition.
• Manage and grow the accounts you open (these are yours to keep).
• Offer solutions with our products in packaging, automation, janitorial, safety, and beyond.
• Represent the Ernest brand with professionalism and personality.
