Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to develop a new book of business.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners to re-service clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules and submit them to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
