Certified Labs in Salem, OR is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory and drive lubrication excellence for industrial plants, fleets, and Certified Laboratories partners. This is a hunter‑farmer field sales role where you will serve as the trusted lubrication advisor—using demonstrations, technical expertise, and proven selling systems to win new business and deliver reliability gains.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship skills.
• Ability to carry a 40 lb demo bag daily.
• Strong Salesforce record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high‑impact, in‑person sales calls daily.
• Present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples at calls.
• Uncover needs, demonstrate value, and close on the spot.
• Write 40+ orders per month with high‑volume products.
• Build and maintain 200 active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Key Account teams on calls.
