Job summary
IPS Packaging & Automation—a veteran-owned, national packaging solutions provider—seeks an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined territory in the Simpsonville, SC area. You will build customer partnerships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with engineering/automation teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
The role offers base salary with uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Hunter mentality—competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus.
