Qualifications

• 2+ years outside or B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality — competitive, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus.

• Develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted partner in their business.
• Grow and manage your sales territory with IPS support.
• Collaborate with IPS engineering and automation teams to deliver packaging solutions.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value-focused solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and be a knowledgeable resource for clients.
