IPS Packaging & Automation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships and grow a defined sales territory in Fort Worth/Northlake, TX. This full-time role emphasizes a hunter mindset, strong communication, and a track record in sales.

You will collaborate with engineering and automation teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions and drive revenue growth. The position offers base compensation plus uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience preferred.
Hunter mentality with competitive, self-motivated drive.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in packaging/industrial sales a plus.
