As a sales professional, you will develop strong relationships with customers, grow your sales territory, and partner with IPS engineering teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet real customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred).
• Hunter mentality — competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus.
