IPS Packaging & Automation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own and grow a defined territory. You will build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and partner with engineering teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet client needs.

The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, outside/B2B sales experience, and the ability to communicate effectively. Relevant packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus; company-paid life insurance and a 401(k)

• 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred).
