Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a sharp, energetic sales professional in the Bremerton area to grow with the team. You will spend most days in your assigned territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers to offer top supplemental insurance products.

Training is provided in both online and hands-on formats, with opportunities to travel to other territories. The ideal candidate is self-starting, disciplined, and confident in overcoming objections.

Qualifications

• Outside sales in assigned territory meeting owners and decision-makers
• Take leads and cold-call to grow book of business
• License health & life or willingness to obtain with reimbursement
• Travel to other territories as needed, vast majority in territory

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with sales team or manager
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing re-service
• Build and maintain your own book of business
• Meet with manager to set monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Develop relationships with local business owners
• Set weekly working hours and report to manager
• Balance cold lead generation with warm leads and existing clients
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily
