Acosta in Willow Grove, PA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (OSR). You will visit assigned stores, present new products, secure orders, drive promotions, and manage merchandising to maximize product visibility.

Candidate should have 5+ years in CPG/retail, strong customer service, and ability to work independently within a territory. Excellent communication with store buyers and managers is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Full-time role: 38–40 hours/week, 6am–4pm; part-time hours 20–25 available.

Responsabilités

• Visit assigned stores in your territory regularly.
• Present new products and secure orders from store buyers.
• Drive promotional activity and set up displays where possible.
• Monitor product distribution to ensure all items are carried.
• Assist with merchandising and store projects as needed.
• Document and report activities and sales results.
