Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to visit assigned stores, present products, and secure orders from buyers. You’ll drive promotions, ensure product distribution, and support merchandising and store events across your territory.

You’ll build strong relationships with store decision makers, meet monthly KPIs, and report on sales activity, market trends, and observations. The role requires a valid driver's license and travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores in your territory regularly.
• Present new products and secure orders from store buyers.
• Drive promotions and set up displays when possible.
• Monitor product distribution and ensure full lines are carried.
• Support merchandising for products as needed.
• Assist with store projects such as demos, remodels, openings, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and launches.
• Report sales results, merchandising, and observations to management.
• Keep management informed of issues and market trends.
