Job summary

Kelly Box & Packaging Corp. is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our Southern Indiana / Northern Kentucky territory. You will prospect for new commercial customers, perform face-to-face cold calls, develop lasting relationships, and drive new sales.

You will also work with existing customers to understand needs and demonstrate how our packaging solutions can help their business succeed. Join a recognized leader with 70+ years in packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of cold-calling sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Experience developing and executing territory sales strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Independent, self-motivated with ability to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads, develop prospects, and acquire new commercial accounts.
• Conduct in-person prospecting and cold calls across the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the territory and meet goals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas; drive repeat business.
