Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking an outside Sales Representative to cover Minnesota, including Maple Grove. This field-based role focuses on expanding both new business and managing existing accounts in a B2B environment.

You will build relationships, handle inquiries, manage pricing and forecasting, and work with internal teams to drive sales of disposable products across packaging, paper, safety, and PPE categories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience in B2B or related industries.
• Experience with meat/food processing, packaging, safety items or related distribution.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and build new accounts.
• Grow existing relationships by delivering exceptional service and driving margin.
• Meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Promote Bunzl house brands and other products to customers.
• Manage pricing strategies and complete weekly customer visits.
• Forecast sales and coordinate with operations on inventory.
• Develop new accounts and present monthly recaps to leadership.
• Maintain product knowledge and demonstrate features with samples.
