Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is seeking an outside Sales Representative for the R3 organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will drive new business and manage existing distributor accounts, delivering exceptional service and growing margins across disposable food service products.

The role requires strong prospecting skills, field sales excellence, and the ability to forecast sales. Travel within the territory is expected, with daily planning and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Experience in food/service industry or related distribution is preferred.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly sales activities across geography.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building new distributor accounts.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Promote Bunzl products and drive internal house brands.
• Provide timely sales forecasts to ensure inventory accuracy.
